Our partners have worked together in some capacity within development and construction since 1996 and apply their knowledge of building to assure thoroughness and value to everything they take on. Performance Construction has been a leading Commercial General Contractor in the Mid-Atlantic Region since 2008. It is owned and managed by principals with more than 60 years of direct working experience in general contracting, construction management, design-build, build-to-suit, specialized facilities, tenant improvements, renovations, and pre-engineered metal buildings for commercial, retail, industrial, and office properties.
